Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited Entrance Bursary

There are 3 bursaries @ $4,000 each available.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Student must have graduated high school by June 2024 and begin studies at Sheridan for the first time in September 2024
• Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Person, and have resided in Ontario for 12 consecutive months prior to beginning your post-secondary studies
• Enrolled full-time in the 1st year of any undergraduate program (minimum 2 years) with a scheduled duration no longer than four (4) years
• Must have achieved an average of at least 75% in the graduating year of high school
• Demonstrate financial need
• Demonstrate involvement in extracurricular activities either on or off campus in an unpaid capacity (clubs, sports, volunteer activities etc.) within the last 2 years
• Cannot have previously received a Fairfax award

This award is renewable in future academic years if the recipient maintains a cumulative 3.0 GPA and continues to demonstrate financial need.
